Obelcha Return Policy & Quality Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and quality resolution process is designed to be fair and efficient, following specific guidelines.

Quality Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving the item. We will investigate and work to find a solution.

If our team validates a quality issue, we will typically send a complimentary replacement as quickly as possible.

If a replacement is not feasible or you cannot wait for a new order, please let us know when you contact us, and we may issue a refund instead.

Color Consistency

Production is a detailed process, and 100% color consistency cannot be guaranteed across all orders. Variations can occur due to machine settings, material types, humidity, and other factors within normal production tolerance. These minor, acceptable variations are not covered under our quality guarantee.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive an order that is defective, damaged, or has an error in quantity that was not caused by an error in the provided order details, we will cover the cost of a replacement. This includes:

  • Physical damage to the delivered products.
  • Errors in the quantity of items received.
  • A clear lack of production quality.

Return Policy

At Obelcha, we do accept refunds that are issued within 24h window from the time we received your order.

Important note: the refunded amount will be the purchase price less any transaction fees incurred by our payment processors. These third-party fees (e.g., payment gateway or PayPal processing fees) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total returned to you.

After this 24h window closes, we do not accept returns or provide a return address. All our items after this period of time are considered final sale. Therefore, we cannot process returns or exchanges for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.

If there is a confirmed quality issue, please follow the process outlined in our Quality Guarantee section above.

Lost Orders

For packages lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We will be happy to send a replacement order.

Orders Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to us by the carrier, you must place a new order (within 30 days of the original estimated delivery date) and then contact us. We will refund the product cost for the new order, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Orders may be returned to us for reasons including:

  • Insufficient/Incorrect Address: If the address provided is insufficient for delivery, the shipment will be returned and safely disposed. You are liable for the costs of a new order with a corrected address.
  • Refused by Recipient: If the shipment is refused at delivery, it will be returned and disposed. You are liable for the costs of a new order.
  • Unclaimed: If a package is not picked up from a local carrier location and is returned to us, you may place a new order. Contact us for a refund of the product price (shipping costs will remain your responsibility).
